SERVQUAL METHOD ANALYSIS FOR GENERAL PATIENT HEALTH SERVICE SATISFACTION LEVEL

Puskesmas Pulo Bandring is a functional implementing unit that functions as center for health development. services the community, are required to always maintain patient trust, by improving quality of their services. However, in reality field there no system can measure level satisfaction at Bandring. To overcome this problem, researcher uses Servqual Method, Service Quality method used service attributes each dimension, so gap value will be obtained which difference between consumer perceptions have been received and expectations what received. The data was processed study giving chair containing 22 questions 30 patients seeking treatment It found Public seen from 5 dimensions servqual had 4.00 an expected 4.62 -0.62. This occurs due non-fulfillment with provided Bandring.
